Welcome to my membership-based subscription website! This website is an extension of the online classroom that I began more than ten years ago. Here, you will find a range of teacher time-savers that have been created to share teaching practices and promote the use of technology in the classroom.
Karen's Classroom includes ALL of the resources that were previously available on cd's as well as *new* material that has been created mainly for Grades 3-6, although there are some Grade 2 resources as well.
Your annual subscription to Karen's Classroom entitles you to access already-created materials as well as new 'ready-to-use & print' resources that are uploaded regularly. They include:

Although many of the resources are based on the Ontario Ministry of Education's Curriculum Expectations, they can also be altered to suit your own needs!

Most curriculum ideas that I offer easily blend with provincial expectations or state standards. The printables were written with Grades 4-6 teachers in mind, primary teachers are invited to adapt as they wish. They will remain free for download on this site.
 Please note that I am no longer updating Long Range Plans . . . with curriculum expectations frequently being revised, I have chosen to focus on creating classroom-based 'ready-to-use' materials that address or can be modified to meet various curriculum expectations and grade levels.
