Karen's Classroom respects your right to online security. Your information (name, email address, location) will NEVER be shared with another party. Should you choose to send us a testimonial, your permission to use it will be confirmed prior to posting on our web site.
You are able to conduct a secure realtime financial transaction using PayPal. When you are ready to make a purchase, you will be prompted for your credit card number, expiration date, name and address OR bank account number for automatic withdrawal of funds. The bank will issue an authorization number and an electronic receipt can be printed for your records. Authorization of credit cards takes approximately 15 to 30 seconds.
RETURNS
All sales are final. If your product is damaged or defective, it can be exchanged if a claim is placed within the three days of the product being received.
SHIPPING
1. Karen's Classroom ships across Canada, to the United States and internationally.
2. Items are shipped the business day following receipt of the order (excluding holidays).
3. Please allow 3 business days locally, 4 to 6 business days regionally and 5-10 business days nationally between major Canadian centres for delivery. Delivery to locations outside Canada should allow approx. 7-10 for delivery.
