    Choose ONE animal from the mammal group, and answer the following questions:

    1. Where in the world is the animal indigenous?
    2. Describe its habitat (example: grassland, desert, tropical forest, arctic).
    3. What temperature range is needed for the animal's survival?
    4. What size area would you estimate to be appropriate for the animal's survival? Why?
    5. What is the scientific name of the animal?
    6. What is its average life span?
    7. Is the animal a predator? What is its prey? Is the animal prey for another animal?
